I have a client that uses QBs and the web connectior. Today it stopped working. When the web connector is run it opens for a second and closes and when they try to connect to the service (they use Tax1099) it goes through the login through the web (but inside QBs) and then just gives a generic error.
QBs support initially said its something on the computer blocking the connection. I disabled the firewall and it has the same issue. QBs then walked through a complete uninstall using revo uninstaller to grab any remnants and a fresh install and update and the same issue is happening.
QBs then told them its not a QBs issue because its a new clean install of QBs.
Has anyone run into anything like this before and might offer some suggestions?
