Hi all!
I'm looking to do a remote, web-based, training presentation for my clients. This may be a presentation of how to avoid viruses, or training on a particular piece of software, etc. I am considering putting a number of things together to differentiate myself from other IT businesses. At this point, I am looking for the right platform, and any suggestions would be really appreciated. The only requirement I can think of at the moment is it should handle at least 30 people in a virtual room, where voice and text is supported and of course I can take over their machines one to one, while also I can broadcast my own screen. I'm sure there are other requirements that I am not thinking about until I start doing it and finding the need ... any insights of those of you who have the experience would be great. Also, any ideas for value-add presentations beyond the obvious security-related presentations I could put together would be gold! Thank you everyone!

$8 / month / host? That's the same money Microsoft wants for you to do this straight out of Teams. And in Q1 of next year Teams is getting the ability to interoperate with Skype Personal.

Teams of course comes with the $5 / month Business Essentials O365 plan to start... Which may just have enough in it to do this.

This definitely makes a lot of sense for the customers who already have O365. Thank you for the tip, definitely will play around with it.

The subscription I was thinking about is Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing. This expands Teams with the ability to have meetings with people that "dial in" via a phone, or a browser. Think Net meeting upgrade for Teams, and I was wrong it's not $8 / month / user, it's $4 / month / user.

The $8 I was remembering came from Microsoft 365 Phone System, which is $8/month/user, and gives you most of the features required to use Teams as your PBX. I say most because the handsets that work as Skype clients are all expensive, and generally terrible. But I've heard of some organizations making good use of it.
