RepairShopr Testimonial

Yeah our cellular at the store is very poor. To even get a signal we must go outside the building and even then we're lucky to get one bar. Inside the store we can forget about getting a signal strong enough for data.

We'll port to android once the ticketing/appointment stuff is added to iOS - probably summer-ish

Looks like I'll be on the lookout for an ipad then! We going to be able to get customers to sign off invoices, job booking etc on there?

I have been using Repairshopr for about 3 years total now and love it. My previous employer used it and after leaving to venture on my own I instantly went back to it. The initial setup and customization was a breeze and if you had any snags the videos and tutorials are very clear.

I have been using RepairShopr for over 15 months and must say it is a great solution. I would be glad to discuss any questions that your boss may have. I have been in business for 30 years and have used several different systems over the years but RepairShopr makes like much easier to function. They are constantly adding improvements that their users are asking for also.

We'd very much appreciate the personal testimonial! You can contact me at ryan@harleysvillecomputer.com or just skip the middle man(me...) and email my boss directly at dom@harleysvillecomputer.com and move along to email/phone call etc.

Thanks in advance!

Go cardless integration for the uk would be great. (Sure it's easy to do aswell )

We run a store (and mobile) and would like to switch to RS!
However the lack of integrated emv/chip and pin for in store and mobile use is kind of holding us back.

Troy, I would strongly suggest looking at Adyen. They provide card readers both fixed and mobile and there rates are the best I have seen. We've been using them with our current POS in the uk for a couple of years and they are superb.
They power many large European companies and work with all currencies. See https://www.adyen.com/customers

If you need any more info or any testing just shout.

Mike

Yeah I attempted to use their emv solution with Vantiv but switched back to just swiping magstripe! :(

If it is a big transaction and I don't really know the customer then I will use my paypal emv reader instead of vantiv.
