Hi, use SDI regularly but it doesn't seem to be indexing all the drivers (39 GB!) I copied into the drivers folder. I deleted the index folder and restarted SDI and it only indexed 111, it appeared as it was indexing it was only reading 7z files. Do all the driver folders have to be compressed to be indexed?

SDI/O will index uncompressed drivers, that's a feature, makes things faster if you have the storage available on your portable drive . It obviously needs to find specific files, for example the *.inf file and you have to make sure the driver file paths match up with the entries in the inf file. I can't remember the details and I don't have the code handy. I'll have a look on monday, remind me.

I'm guessing its the hierarchy of my old drivers, some are buried 3 layers deep in a folder, I just deleted them all and downloaded all from sdi.
