Apparently you sell refurbished machines.

I will sell both and yes only business class. Most do not want to pay for new business class so I sell more refurb's. Plus setup and data transfer.

My setup price changes if I do not source the computer especally if they cheap out and buy a POS.

I don't sell new hardware. It's a choice I made for my own reasons. I do sell the occasional refurbished, mainly to existing clients. Again, a choice I made for my own reasons. They still come to me for setup, data transfer and such. I'll give them a price break if they sign up for managed services, which is where I'm focused. There are reasons I do things the way I do.
