Teamviewer REPLACEMENT - Their customer service is Terrible!!!

So cut out the middleman and buy direct from Teamviewer?
Gonna try that but not sure I can get your deal based on the excuse given 🤔
I went through the middle man thinking about further reselling it myself but looks like I wacked myself on the balls with a sledge hammer instead 😒

I dont know your location but I'm lucky to have a Teamviewer office not far away from me.
I can call and speak to someone local which is a great feeling.
I've spoken to them at various times and wrangled a better price via them as well.
I think they have the capacity to reduce the price they just dont openly say it.
Maybe worth a bit of digging to see if you have a local office?

I'm in Victoria.
I think the SA office looks after all of Oz land. I've spoken to them a number of times for various support issues so I can definitely ring up and try my luck :)

SyncroMSP has gone from $89/mo annual in 2019 to $99/mo annual in 2020, to currently $119/mo annual.

That's not a terrible price if you are a one-man operation as the price is per user. Add onto that AV if you're needing it at $1/mo per machine.

I've been with Pulseway for 3 years now and my cost is the same now as it was when I started. However, I am looking into moving away from Pulseway as some features like patch management is additional and they seem to be adding features that while are nice, increase the cost dramatically making them look like they are nickel and diming you.

Currently, I pay a good chunk of money per month with the 200 or so endpoints I manage including AV cost. That same set of endpoints would save me a few bucks with Syncro and they include PM and a couple of other features that Pulseway charges extra for, and even though I know the history behind Syncro (which is not good and others here can confirm), I would be willing to give them a try but once I add another tech the cost is simply too high.

And that's the problem with these RMM companies, they are one price one day, another the next, and with no added benefit.

Hi mate,
just checked my previous renewal, was similar to yours.
Somehow it doubled up this round.
I remember when I signed up there was a deal going that wasn't supposed to be temporary. Unfortunately I think it was only during a verbal conversation as I can't find a message with that.
This renewal would be my third so it's an amazing price jump.
I'll see what they'll say about this one.
