Which Remote Software, Logmein or Bomgar

I usually use LogMeIn - it's easy for the customers. There's also CoPilot, which has VERY user-friendly interface, but for me it performed a bit too slow.

I own a Bomgar B100 and could not be more pleased with the way it works and all the functions it brings.

I've been using LogMeIn free, which works well enough.

I just signed up for a free trial of GoToAssist, which is working out really well. The Express version is meant for a single user and can connect to 8 customers simultaneously. The installer is web based using fastsupport.com and a 9 digit pin. The program can be set to remove itself after use and is very customer friendly. It does support file-transfer as well. Monthly price is $69.

I think it is a great solution for residential remote support.

I have tried Webex, it was not good. In fact, it cost me time and money!

Teamviewer was good, but not for the non-technical types.

I just bought into logmein rescue, for the money...it rocks! I got a deal, but the program is very nice for techies. I can log into 10 machines at once too. It's pretty cool.
