Windows 7 boots to black screen with cursor - NVIDIA Graphics Issue

I'm working on a customers machine (eMachines tower) that has a NVIDIA 210 graphics card in it, I can boot into safe mode fine and if I uninstall the driver in safe mode I can boot back in normally but if I install the driver, whether it is from the GeForce website or from eMachines/Gateway's website the issue of the black screen with a cursor before login comes back.

Ended up going with a reinstall. Thanks anyway!
