Hi all,
I have a client who has a Windows 7 laptop that is refusing to connect to their wifi. Their wifi is working fine, as their smartphones, my laptop, etc is working fine. When Windows fails to connect, I run the troubleshooter which says the router is the culprit, but I don't think it is because there are other devices connected to it (heck, they were streaming Netflix on their Smart TV as I was there!)
To try to resolve this issue, I have
1) Restarted their router
2) Forget said network
3) Remove network profile and try to reconnect
4) Remove all profiles from the registry and through command prompt
5) Installed a wireless USB dongle and disabled the wifi adapter
None of that works - and it is frustrating me. I do not know what else to try, and I really do not want to do a N+P.
Thank you!
