Evening everyone
I have a remote client. They had purchased a new work lenovo laptop running windows 11. I set it up remotely after they logged into windows 11 using an office 365 account. Once I was done installing all their software, I disconnected.
Since then, they said they added a new ms account login to handle their personal files. The problem is they cannot log into the original office 365 profile I created. I have remoted in, and I am also unable to get into the profile. There is no way to log into the profile. It does not even appear on the list of users at the startup screen.
I have been trying to research it for a couple of hours but can not even seem to find any hits. Maybe my google fu is slipping. I have attached a few pics showing what happens when I enter the correct info on the login screen. Also have tried clicking the sign in to your work or school account. Any help on even where to look I would be appreciated
