PIN (apparently) not input, but it is!

I've read this 3 times and I don't follow the question. You don't have to hit enter for the PIN. That is SOP with Windows and a normal function. If you have been hitting Enter by habit it was unnecessary, as it has NEVER been required. You just never realized it before now? Assuming that I...

Teamviewer will soon require mandatory accounts

Wild guess. The end user forgot the username and password they had setup so now the program has locked them out?

Anyone here a BSOD expert willing to take a gander at my logs?

Does this fusion app modify the login screen? I could see that happening if it was needed for the reader for the blind app. Such a thing could be tied to a user account as it might have options on who's account it is active on? Perhaps? Or do I not know what I speak off? LOL.

Drivers are global. I can't see how a user profile would affect them.

Anyone here a BSOD expert willing to take a gander at my logs?

I'm betting that if you N&P and don't load the fusion software all your problems will go away.

Anyone here a BSOD expert willing to take a gander at my logs?

I suspect that Fusion software is the whole cause and like many Windows software it probably didn't fully uninstall all of its drivers.

Also any clues in the Event logs. Often you'll see stuff crashing before the actual BSOD happens.

[REQUEST] How to Backup AutoDesk Land Desktop 2007?

Oldsmobile gave me no warning that parts would still be available when I bought my first car in 1981 either. Adobe gave me no warnings that future versions of Windows would not run Photoshop.

[REQUEST] How to Backup AutoDesk Land Desktop 2007?

Sorry, but there is not. Attached is the EULA for Windows Xp Pro. Please show me WHERE the terms of SUPPORT are in the document. There are none. You have a limited warranty right, basically, you can get a portion of your money back and most of that is fostered on the retailer you purchased...

[REQUEST] How to Backup AutoDesk Land Desktop 2007?

Nor are there any activation requirements. If YOU can get the software working in spite of activation issues WHICH IS ONE OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE SOFTWARE. Best of luck to ya. If you can figure out what you need to bypass activation FOR YOURSELF you are free to do so. Microsoft is not...

[REQUEST] How to Backup AutoDesk Land Desktop 2007?

Oh and why should Microsoft, or any other software publisher, be bound to something that YOU are also not obligated to use? It is not a contract. You can stop using Windows anytime you want. It's not like a subscription service or a full-blown yearly contract where you are required to pay for...

[REQUEST] How to Backup AutoDesk Land Desktop 2007?

It doesn’t have to be. There’s a reason software is licensed, not sold. You don’t own the software. You don’t even own a copy as you would with a paperback book. You have an open ended license to use the software that states Microsoft can make additions or addendums to. Simply put Microsoft...

And frankly, that is often of more benefit than harm to us. Is your life really ruined because Google, Bing, and Amazon all know that you are shopping for a new cordless drill?

Like I said you either believe that DuckDuckGo filters you out or you don’t. When you search on DDG they perform the search on your behalf on Bing. Bing does not see YOU. Only DDG. They don’t know you asked for the search because they only see DDG. That’s the whole point.

Sold their souls to the Bing Devil.

Because the information they collect isn’t personally linked to you. They have to get something from you or it wouldn’t be possible to deliver the search results back to you. They also display ads based on what you just searched. You search for tires you get ads for, ya know, tires.
