[REQUEST] Anyone doing sms to stay in touch with clients?

I agree with the others here. I wouldn't do marketing, but status updates are handy.

I keep getting technibble ads on my facebook!

Hey, you match my target audience 😎 Facebook advertising is actually stupid cheap at the moment. I recommend techs throw a few bucks at it and see what happens. Even if is just $10 a day.

Whoa - is it my eyes or did something change in the last hour??????

It's still a permission based search. You (or Google) wont see results they dont have permission to see. Left is logged OUT (no rights to see those forums) - Right is logged IN Managed Services, TEO and Cloud Solutions are excluded from the logged out left.

Whoa - is it my eyes or did something change in the last hour??????

Did another test of a new feature "Search Forums". What it does is it groups together topics of the same subject matter, regardless of what forum it was posted in. I created a search forum about Backup. So backup threads could be in O365, Servers, Resellers, or the business of how to sell...

    Testing Question Threads

It just posts the name of the thread and the URL. But they would still need correct permissions to actually SEE it.

    Testing Question Threads

Hey guys, One of the new features of this version of the forums is a "Question" thread type. Instead of being a linear discussion, you can have upvotable answers on the right hand side like StackExchange or similar. It also has a "Mark as Solution" option for certain responses. It doesn't make...

Whoa - is it my eyes or did something change in the last hour??????

Another small update came out a few days after the major update and we've updated. Something you'll see is the "Similar Threads" below each thread. We have a lot of gold nuggets of content, this allows you to easily find them again. I have also testing "Question Threads" which allow you to...

Yeah, mobile responsiveness was a big thing between v1 and v2 of the software.

Whoa - is it my eyes or did something change in the last hour??????

I might hide it, I might not. I think I like it, its based on the number of likes your posts draw. Quite a few people have significantly more than me :)

Whoa - is it my eyes or did something change in the last hour??????

Actually, everything changed, the backend, the front end, everything. Things are still happening too because things take time on a forum this large. I was waiting on someone else's availability. He might not have been ready for a month, but instead, he smashed it out over a weekend which is...

Whoa - is it my eyes or did something change in the last hour??????

Yep, definitely a big change. Takes advantage of much more modern features and in my opinion, its a lot cleaner. I wasn't sure about my server guy @MattW's availability. From asking to implementation, he was very quick and he did much of it over a weekend. There was little leadup. Basically...

    Question A

The computer business, whether doing break/fix or MSP work, takes a bit of time to build up a client base. If things are tight to the point to where you need to sell plasma, it might be worth working for someone else first (in the industry or out of it). Just to provide a bit of stability until...

This months content targets some of the issues people are currently seeing. Some countries are still heavily locked down, while others are trying to get back to normal. Many business owners are adjusting to manage their remote workforce, and home internet connectivity is still a big problem...
