Up to now, I've had no trouble burning dvds using DVDShrink but lately I keep getting this message:

dvdshrinkerror.jpg

This is strange because the temp file download folder is the same and there is definitely enough space in that folder.

I've tried uninstalling the program, several times, even using Revo Uninstaller, but I still haven't been able to burn a DvD. One weird thing is that the last DVD that I burned wasn't normal because it couldn't play on any of my normal dvd players other than on the computer the dvd itself was burned.

Help please? I need a fix or a reliable free alternative.

Did you google "dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue", there are countless threads on other forums with lots of possibilities. We've seen that with all kinds of issues, so google it and try running down some of them and see if you can get a hit on one of them.

You're probably trying to decrypt some commercial DVDs that have different encryption than DVDShrink was designed for. DVD Shrink hasn't been updated in a couple years I believe. Technology has moved on since then. Go buy DVDFab. It's not expensive and just think of all the money you're saving by breaking copyright laws.
