Description: The laptop display does not work at all. Prior to the installer attempting and cracking the new touchscreen, the laptop was working fine. I needed to use my machine for work, so I was able to connect it to an external monitor, but the laptop display does not work. The screen itself was never put back together by the installer and was completely loose. I put in a few screws to be able to transport it to my office desk to access my files, but the screen display is completely dead as shown in the second picture in addition to the new crack.
