A lawyer of mine working a civil case in the United States District Court told me about his meeting in the judge's chambers with counsel from the other side.

They were all asked to wait a moment, while the judge read into record the sentencing imposed for a completely separate, criminal case.

She sentenced a man found guilty of five felony charges to 41 years, and the man said, "I am an old man. I can't do 41 years."

The judge responded, "The court understands. We only expect you to try and do best you can."

A blonde was driving home after a game and got caught in a really bad hailstorm.
Her car was covered with dents, so the next day she took it to a repair shop.
The shop owner saw that she was a blonde, so he decided to have some fun...
He told her to go home and blow into the tail pipe really hard, and all the dents would pop out.
So, the blonde went home, got down on her hands and knees and started blowing into her tailpipe.
Nothing happened. So she blew a little harder and still, nothing happened.
Her blonde roommate saw her and asked, 'What are you doing?'
The first blonde told her how the repairman had instructed her to blow into the tail pipe in order to get all the dents to pop out.
The roommate rolled her eyes and said, 'Uh, like hello,! ...You need to roll up the windows first.'..

I was was watching a "cheater" video and one of the comments was this. Seems so true these days.

Why do people say that reason why they cheat is because:

1. You work to much

2. We don't go out

3. You don't pay attention

4. I was lonely 5. I don't want to settle down

6. You nag me or smother me

7. You accuse me of cheating

8. We don't have sex

9. I can't hang out with people because you ask me when am i coming home and your paranoid that I might flirt with people.

10. I was drunk

11. The cheater says "it's been over" but why still stay and cheater on your partner/spouse

12. You are never home

13. We argue a lot

14. We are having problems in our relationship and I needed someone to talk to and comfort me.

15. You are controlling

16. You're insecure

17. I want to party and have "fun"

18. I can't be on my cell phone without you asking me who I am calling or messaging

The only excuse that justifiable is " oh I cheated because i wanted to"
