Life was so much simpler back then. I dont care what anyone says to the contrary, but the world was a far better place without the internet.

We could be gone all day on an adventure, though we had to be home on time. Dinner as a family at the table, no phones. I did have my C=64 back then with BBS, so that kept me amused.

Yes, it absolutely was a much better time and place. Now, we're all being told what to do and, if they don't like what we have to say, we are censored. I miss the freedoms we had back then.

@frase , we went anywhere and everywhere and had many adventures that mom never even knew about, thank goodness! But we were good kids and were always home by the time the street lights came on.
