No matter how funny you think something is, Enough people probably think Trump is the smart one in this video so I just avoid anything political at all costs now.

Don't see this much these days. Think of it as what preceded private FB groups or whatever.

Backstory. Back in the day, like 15+ years ago, when the LEC's, phone companies, were all Baby Bells. In my area it was Verizon, it's predecessor was Bell Atlantic. 99% of POTS work was done by employees, all union. They used to leave all kinds of information on walls, backboards, and enclosures, including a lot which had nothing to do with work. This graffiti is actually pretty mild compared to some of the other stuff I've seen.
