Firstly Happy New Year to everyone
I thought it was about time that I started to learn Office 365 as I have customers who are going to require Business class email solutions this year.
I have successfully moved my business email account contact@mlcomputers.fr to Office 365. Email is syncing correctly on all devices together with calendars and I have imported 500+ contacts from my Apple iCloud account without any issues.
Everything is working fine!
I want to migrate around 20 email folders that are locally stored in my existing Outlook 2013 PST.
I have followed these instructions http://its.uiowa.edu/support/article/103948
However in Outlook 2013 when I then go to the folders I have created on the Office 365 exchange account I get the message in blue "click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange" When I click on this message the emails then appear. Is there a way to permanently see the messages rather than clicking this link each time?
Secondly I have configured my iPhone 6 using the Apple Mail app adding the accounts using the exchange option. Standard email displays fine and the 2 test folders I have migrated appear in the list but the emails within them are not displayed. There are only about 5 messages in each folder (file size is tiny) so I am guessing it cannot be a time delay due to large file size.
On my iPad air I have configured the same account using the Microsoft Outlook app. The emails appear in the 2 test folders when testing with this?
Am I going wrong somewhere?
And advice would be much appreciated (iPad Air and iPhone are both on IOS 9.2, and Outlook 2013 is running on Windows 7 Pro and is fully up to date)
Many thanks
Jason
