QuickBooks - Remote Suport Referral for Client

Does anyone offer remote support for complicated quickbooks issues? I have a customer with some issues that I am not able to solve. Just wondering if anyone has had luck or experience with a tech or company who specializes in QB repairs. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

agreed with @Slaters Kustum Machines - we'd have to know the details before knowing whether we want to get involved... so why not list them out and maybe we can come up with some ideas to help you support your client.

I'll echo that. I'm a Quickbooks Pro Advisor, and I won't touch a Quickbooks ticket without knowing the problem first.
