LogMeIn Central premier is what I use. $51.99 or so per computer bought in lots of 25 seats. Were running about 300 seats right now, seems to do everything we need. We run 24 hour support and can even remote in using a phone. Runs one to many scripting as well to help automate a lot of tasks. Their free version was OK but even when it was free, the options on Central Premier was worth the cost to us.

ScreenConnect has been a solid solution so far. Ideally, I'd prefer TeamViewer if their pricing fit my budget.

Not that I'm looking to use it myself; I'm happy enough with ScreenConnect, but they seem to claim remote support/control of most mobile devices, which I thought was interesting.

if you want to go with the on demand price the most it is, is Euro 3 per month for a month at a time, for 3 months its 2.5 Euros and for 12 months its 2 Euro per month that's one licence.
for 10 - 49 licences its 2.5, 2 or 1.5 euro per month for 50 licences plus its 2, 1.5 or 1 per month per licence I hope this helps and hope you decide to test it.

We use TeamViewer as well. We have instant access to over 1000 machines, as well as instant support available on our website. It's costly, but it pays for itself. Everytime they bring out a new version it costs us about $1100CAD - with 3x concurrent user licenses.

I looked at SC a few years ago, looking tonight they've switched to monthly pricing and I may have to have another look. At the time it was per concurrent use (not user) licensing, and as I connect to 5-10 computers at a time it didn't work for us.

We use screenconnect, as it is bundled with Labtech which is our remote management tool. Can't recommend it enough!

Teamviewer Business works fantastically. It also works with the Managed Service Software i current use. Its perfect for a small MSP.
