FixMbr rewrites the boot sector, to aim it at a boot loader, it doesn't configure the boot loader.

That's what fixboot, and the bcdedit stuff is for.

I usually use this to fix the bootloader. EasyBCD

EasyBCD is for non-commercial use, unless licensed. However, prices are more than reasonable.

Yes, but it was for my own home computer so I'm good. I would like to look into tech pricing to see I can have it on hand in case someone needs me to do this on their computer.
