I guess a tiny pinhole to a reset switch was too complicated....


Edit: OK, I had to find more info on this... Apparently this is how pretty much all smart bulbs are reset, no matter the manufacturer.

@HCHTech Gawd I'd have a baseball bat and a hell of a time with those bulbs, heck I find resetting a android device a pain in the ... theses things would fly high.

Yeah, I'm guessing the company lawyers went nuts on the first design where they imagined consumers sticking paperclips into the sockets of live lamps, haha.
