This is so true it's unreal. :D

And what's the wrench for?

Hahahahahahaha. I never tackle hard drive disassembly outside of a data center's server room and without my trusty 9/16" wrench! I especially like to set the drive on EDGE, once I get the cover off, too. They are much more stable that way.

Gotta love photographers - "Here, throw these in there too - it will add legitimacy".

Already seeing people running around town playing this.
I installed it earlier this evening and played around with it a bit, including stopping at a local park/nature preserve on my way home - it has two "Pokestops" where you can pick up useful in-game items, and someone had put "lure" on both of them. There were 12 cars parked in there, and one of the guys there was telling me that there's supposed to be a get-together in Chicago at the Bean on Sunday with 6700+ people who've said they're going to be there. (I won't be)

I (and the markets obviously) think Nintendo has a real winner here. They have a game that includes the go-find-something and go-walk-somewhere of geocaching, plus social elements, game/combat elements, scoring, etc. I can also see at least two potential future enhancements - incorporation of fitness trackers like the fitbit rather than the GPS (and maybe motion sensing) of the phone, and marketing tie-ins not just for stuff they can brand and sell but for "special" pokemon that can only be found at particular locations like Starbucks, movie theaters in particular chains, etc.
