TRUE STORY....
Last Thursday I walked out of the office but instead of looking where I was walking I was too focused on a message on my phone.
Yes, I walked into a "puddle" ( I have vinyl floor covering) and did the splits big time! The last time I did the splits I was 6 years old and very much more supple!
I over extended my "biceps femoris" (thigh muscle at the back of my thigh) "Iliopsoas" (front thigh muscle) my "pectineus", my "rectus femoris" and hurt my lower back with the sudden twist.
Needless to say I was - and still am - very sore. Trying to exercise is painful to say the least.
