I have a client who is really unhappy with how his email situation is right now.
He does not use a computer for email he only uses an iPad and an iPhone. He isn't very tech savvy so he likes the pretty apple OS.
The Problem:
He receives and sends email just fine. But when he tries to move email into a folder from his inbox, all of the emails he moved usually 50 or more, gets copied to the folder he moved them to, they disappear from the apple GUI like they actually moved, but if you wait 10 minutes or reboot his i device his inbox fully repopulates with all of the emails that were supposed to have moved.
I called GoDaddy, they say it's a "feature" of apple products i.e. apples fault, and they is nothing they can do because when you do this action in webmail everything works fine.
If you watch and refresh the godaddy webmail while you move emails from his iPad to a folder all of the emails get copied to the folder but never leave the inbox, hence why they reappear.
Help!
