I'd change that "can" to "are willing to". I've known more than my share of "are willing to" (sometimes including myself) whose extrapolations can be very, very shaky at times.

Makes me think of Spielberg's 'Duel'.

I know the truck in Duel wasn't self-driving, but the anonymity of the driver throughout the movie made it seem almost driverless. Imagine being menaced and chased by a rogue self-driving truck!

Some of the Horrible Boss Stories I've heard, and a couple of which I've also witnessed, would make this seem like "the minimum requirement." And, invariably, those are the ones who stay in their positions, never being fired, and driving all sane and self-respecting talent from an organization for decades.
